Your Numbers Count In PPAI’s Annual Sales Volume Survey

Each year, PPAI compiles the official distributor sales volume estimate for the industry in order to measure industry growth and to convey to prospective buyers of promotional products the magnitude of the industry. Knowing the financial state of the promotional product industry adds to its professional image in the marketing and advertising worlds. It also allows promotional products professionals to see where sales will be coming from in the future, forecast trends and measure the growth of promotional products against other media.

PPAI, working with independent market research agency Relevant Insights to conduct the research, has mailed surveys to each PPAI distributor member company. Members should watch for a standard-size envelope with the Relevant Insights logo. They have also been sent an email with a link to the survey. Distributors can respond either by mail or online. Surveys must be returned by March 31.

Participants are assured their responses will never be reported individually, only in aggregate and they will not be identified in any of the findings or reports pertaining to this project. The information reported is completely confidential and will not be released to PPAI or any organization or person.

Aggregated results will be published in an upcoming issue of PPB magazine. All completed surveys returned by the March 31 deadline will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of 10 Apple Watches, or a voucher valued at $350 good toward your purchase of promotional products.
