PPEF Supports The Industry’s Future Leaders Through GivingTuesday

Today is #GivingTuesday. Celebrated in the U.S. on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage giving and to celebrate generosity. The goal is to create a massive wave of generosity that lasts well beyond a single day and touches every person on the planet. In honor of GivingTuesday, the Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF) is asking the industry to help it fund college scholarships for 2022.

PPEF’s goal today is to raise $7,000—enough to fund two need-based and two merit-based scholarships for students with parents employed in the promotional products industry. The positive impact made by a PPEF scholarship offers students a chance to go after their dreams. To learn more about how PPEF impacts scholarship recipients’ lives, click here for a short video.

“PPEF is grateful for the industry’s continued support of our mission to provide college educations to deserving students,” says Sara Besly, executive director. “Any contribution, large or small, is very much appreciated.”

PPEF is the industry’s nonprofit dedicated to recognizing and encouraging scholastic excellence and academic performance among promotional products industry employees and their college-aged children. Since its founding in 1989, PPEF has awarded more than $2.7 million to 1,488 recipients. To learn more about PPEF, click here.
