The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the business landscape in many ways, including heightening the importance of exceptional customer service. Companies are striving now even more to show customers that they value them through empathy, speed and creative problem-solving.

As a result of this hyperfocus on customer service, PPB’s annual Service Superheroes recognition program was exceedingly well-timed this year, drawing nominations for 62 qualified individuals from their peers, customers, vendors and co-workers throughout the industry. The nominations not only provided details about the nominee’s experience and abilities but shared specific examples of their ability to go above and beyond for their customers.

Now in its 10th year, PPB’s program has recognized more than 100 of the most skilled and admired customer-service professionals in the promotional products industry.

PPB congratulates these 2020 Service Superheroes; read more about them in PPB’s November issue.
