Halls & Company, (PPAI 111778, S6), the supplier behind IDLine and ActNow Media has a new president and owner in Patrick Napurski. Founded by Napurski’s grandmother Chris Johnson 50 years ago, Halls & Company now enters its third generation of family ownership.

The company specializes in custom-printed identification such as name badges and photo IDs while also supplying a number of other hards goods, including buttons, signage and more.

“IDLine’s focus on customer service is unparalleled. We’re really proud of the way we do business and I’m honored and excited to continue and build upon the foundation built by the two generations before me,” Napurski says.

Napurski first started working for Identification Services part-time in 1998 and took his first full-time role at the company as a traveling sales representative in 2005. He has since worked in almost every division of the company and has served on the board of directors for the past six years. He has a business degree from the University of St. Thomas and earned his MBA from Lancaster University in England.

“We’re excited to pass the baton to the next generation as the company takes its next step in growth,” says Janet Adams, second-generation owner and former president. “Patrick has a great business mind and brings a wealth of experience from multiple industries.”

Company founder Chris Johnson says, “Keeping the company in the family is a great sense of pride for what has been built and what will continue on. Patrick will continue the tradition of quality and service that has always been the foundation of our company.”

Napurski plans to expand on the company’s foundation, broadening its product line to fulfil more of customers’ needs. He says, “Expect the same great quality you’ve come to expect from IDLine with an increase in available products. We want to be able to serve our distributors more fully in this changing marketplace.”
