GCPPA Adds Virtual Options To October’s PromoCon Show
The Gold Coast Promotional Products Association (GCPPA) is hosting its PromoCon end-user show on October 6 in Oakland Park, Florida. While the show will be held in person, the regional association is offering virtual options for distributors and exhibitors as well.
Distributors can sign up to attend the show in person or for any of the virtual options GCPPA has put in place when registering for the show. For a virtual experience, distributors can choose to attend the show virtually from 9 – 11 am on October 6. GCPPA will be broadcasting live and giving each exhibitor a chance to showcase their hottest products. During this live broadcast, distributors can ask questions and interact with exhibitors through the chat feature. After the show, distributors will be able to access the recorded presentations from the virtual experience, download sale/promotional flyers, and contact exhibitors to set up an appointment.
Distributors can also sign up for a “Tradeshow in a Box” that they either pick up on-site or have shipped to them. The box will be filled with catalogs and samples from the show. If the boxes are shipped, they will be mailed out by October 9.
For the cost of a table, exhibitors who are unable to attend the show but are interested in having their products in front of the GCPPA audience can take advantage of several options. Exhibitors can ship the regional association their catalogs, flyers and samples, and the association will put them out, or they can have a minimal display—table cover, retractable banner—that will be put out and shipped back to them. If they would like to send enough samples and flyers for the Tradeshow in a Box program, GCPPA will include them, and they can present for five minutes during the virtual experience. The presentation can be live or recorded and it will be archived online like all the others.
Exhibitors who pay to exhibit at the show in person are automatically included in the Virtual Experience and Tradeshow in a Box at no additional charge.
