Supplier Fruit of the Loom (PPAI 133342) has been awarded the Corporate Responsibility Seal by FUNDAHRSE for the ninth consecutive year. FUNDAHRSE, the Honduran Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility, recognizes Honduran companies that excel in practices related to corporate social responsibility. Fruit tf the Loom, headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky, has manufacturing locations in 37 countries, including Honduras.

FUNDAHRSE is a non-profit Honduran organization whose main objective is the promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility, understood as an ongoing commitment of businesses to contribute to sustainable economic development and improving the quality of life of employees and their families, the local community and society in general. The CSR Seal is designed to recognize companies that excel in planning and implementation of policies in areas related to governance, internal public, environment, suppliers, marketing, and public policy communities.

Fruit of the Loom’s contribution to the local community included providing education services to more than 3,000 local children, hosting health fairs for more than 50,000 employees and relatives, participation in massive reforestation programs and completion of the annual “Camino con Destino” walk-a-thon, which benefits the public hospital Mario Catarino Rivas.
