Dr. Rick Rigsby’s Expo Keynote Highlights The Difference Between Making An Impression And Making an Impact

Next month at The PPAI Expo, Dr. Rick Rigsby, a USA Today, Amazon and Wall Street Journal best-selling author and motivational speaker, will deliver a power keynote presentation about making an impact in an era of astounding technology, instant information and rampant social networking. Dr. Rigsby’s keynote is part of an extensive line-up of engaging sessions available to attendees at Expo 2020 to develop and round out their professional education.

Expo 2020 will offer show-goers 110 education sessions available on a range of tracks, including courses delivered right on the show floor to make it easier for attendees to incorporate education into their Expo experience.

Dr. Rigsby argues that for many organizations, appearance—or what he refers to as “impression”—has become the new corporate wardrobe. His session will share the wisdom of past generations to inspire, motivate and empower audience members to make an impact rather than an impression, not only in their professional careers but in their personal lives as well.

The PPAI Expo 2020 runs January 12-16, 2020, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Rigsby’s session, Making An Impact, is on Monday, January 13 from 2:30 – 4:15 pm in Mandalay Bay Ballroom J, Level 2. The session is free to attend. Was Dr. Rigsby's speech recorded? If so, can I get access to it?
