Distributor American Solutions for Business (PPAI 101656) held its annual top earners sales summit August 23-26 in Washington, D.C. The event drew more than 75 of the Glenwood, Minnesota, company’s top sales people and guests.

The summit featured individual suite-style meetings with 28 participating vendors to allow attendees to learn about and connect with the product line and offerings. Each night, American hosted a social event at a new location around the city, providing an opportunity for sales associates, vendors and home office team to network and continue conversations from earlier in the day.

“American’s constant goal is to position our sales associates for success,” explains Justin Zavadil, American’s president. “Strong relationships and education are the driving forces keeping us on a pattern of growth. We design the summit event to help facilitate the constant connection between our sales associates and vendors.”
