Altitude Group Plc, parent company of distributor AIM Smarter LLC (PPAI 230461, D12) announced last Friday that Group revenue grew by 188 percent in the 15 months ending March 31, 2020, compared to 2018, a 12-month reporting period.

Altitude Group acquired AIM in January 2019. AIM notes that the acquisition enabled it to integrate the platform and membership benefits base. Utilizing its existing technology and developing member-requested service-level enhancements, AIM Smarter now offers full business financing and back office administration through the AIM Capital Solutions (ACS) Affiliate Services program, as well as marketing products and services, and expanded technology tools.

AIM reports that throughout 2019, its focus remained on customer satisfaction through continued growth in the AIM membership of promotional product distributors; delivering added value services, leveraging existing applications, technology, resources and expertise, to AIM’s preferred partners, members and affiliates; helping members adopt technology best practices; and the development and launch of the AIM affiliate program, ACS Affiliate Services, providing a full-service solution to distributors requiring a complete finance, back office administration and technology package.

The COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 has proven to be the most challenging time in history for many promotional products businesses and their customers to navigate. AIM says that it recognized areas of need during the shutdown period and shifted to providing access to personal protective equipment products to members through its supply chain, as well as providing resources, virtual meetings and town halls, education, marketing tools and real-time information to assist in navigating this unprecedented time.

“I am incredibly proud of the work and commitment of the AIM team and the AIM Community throughout this unprecedented time,” says Nichole Stella, CEO of AIM Smarter. “Our solid financial resources enable us to remain steadfast and focused on serving the AIM Community; members, supplier partners and affiliates alike. We will continue to be nimble and adapt our efforts to meet the changing needs of the AIM Smarter marketplace.”
