Sacramento, California-based distributor A4 Promotions and Incentives (PPAI 571035) has acquired distributor Square One Promotional Products, also located in Sacramento. The parties were introduced by The Distributor Exchange, which guided both parties to a successful sale. Financial details of the deal were not released.

A4 Promotions and Incentives, an independent distributor Affiliate of iPROMOTEu, has been in business since 2011. Owner Brittany Smith says, “A4 Promotion and Incentives was excited with the prospect of acquiring Square One Promotional Products. The personalities of the owners of Square One and A4, along with their great account mix, were a perfect match to help grow our business. We look forward to working with this new set of accounts and contacts, and to carry on the excellent customer service Square One provided to their clientele over many years.”

Square One Promotional Products has been in business since 2010. Its owner, Nancy Warren, says, “We were impressed by their enthusiasm and knowledge of the business. We know our clients will be in good hands.”
