Marsha Flanagan Joins PPAI As Director Of Content Strategy And Development
Marsha Flanagan has joined PPAI as director of content strategy and development. In this role, Flanagan is responsible for steering strategy, and the development and delivery of all current and future PPAI professional development and editorial offerings. She will work with the professional development and publication teams as well as Association volunteers to enhance, design, plan and implement education and training for promotional marketing professionals and work to incorporate such education and other content into PPAI’s editorial offerings.

She has an outstanding track record of success in managing and leading both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and developing content, certification programs and special events,” says Bob McLean, PPAI executive vice president.
Prior to joining PPAI, Flanagan was the director of operations for the Center for Skin and Cosmetic Dermatology (CSCD), where she was responsible for operations, purchasing, revenue cycle management, marketing and business development. In addition, she served as a director for All Smiles Dental Professionals where she was responsible for business development, marketing and revenue cycle management. Before CSCD and All Smiles Dental, Flanagan was executive vice president of professional development for Meeting Professionals International (MPI), where she oversaw operations including all strategic partnerships, the design and delivery of all professional development offerings and meetings management. Flanagan received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and her Master of Education degree from the University of Arkansas.
