Inside PPAI: Department Spotlight: Financial Affairs And Facilities

This is the seventh installment in a year-long series of department profiles to help readers learn more about the PPAI staff members who serve them.

The Financial Affairs side of the department is charged with recording, classifying and summarizing, in a significant manner, the business transactions of PPAI, the Promotional Products Education Foundation and the Promotional Products Disaster Relief Fund. The department’s Facilities side is responsible for management of the grounds, building and contents of the Association’s headquarters including protection and maintenance of these assets, resulting in a safe, comfortable, clean, pleasant and work-efficient environment for employees and visitors. Both sides are keenly focused on responsible, conservative stewardship of the resources entrusted to PPAI by its members.
