Distributor Grossman Marketing Group (UPIC: jonah), in Somerville, Massachusetts, has acquired ASAP, Inc. (UPIC: ASAP0002), a Norwalk, Connecticut-based distributor. Going forward, the company will be known as ASAP, a division of Grossman Marketing Group.
The acquisition expands Grossman Marketing’s presence in Connecticut and New York, adding to its existing offices in Somerville, Massachusetts; Hartford, Connecticut; Washington, D.C.; New York, New York; and Providence, Rhode Island.
