Viewers Have A Chance To Own Super Bowl Commercials’ Star Products

The Super Bowl has long been a showcase for more than football, and Sunday’s spectacular event was no exception. Fans of Jennifer Lopez’s action-packed spot for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Miami, Florida, can get a bejeweled travel mug—the object of a pilfering window washer’s desire, in the commercial—on Lopez’s online store and through Hard Rock’s channels. Port Saint Lucie, Florida, supplier Foxyware/Vegas Golf (PPAI 368029, S1) produces the glam drinkware for Lopez’s store and Hard Rock.

The tumbler featured in the video was covered in actual Swarovski stones worth about $1,000. The replicas—currently sold out—and other tumblers provided by Foxyware are available for considerably less. Click here to view the Super Bowl spot.

Wayne Cimperman, president of Foxyware, says, “We have already received orders from distributors who said their clients saw these on the Super Bowl. The phones have been busy!”

The Hard Rock wasn’t the only the Super Bowl advertiser giving viewers a chance to own something they saw in a commercial. Avocados from Mexico’s Home Shopping Network-inspired ad, featuring Molly Ringwald, offers a wide variety of branded merchandise online, ranging from avocado-sized pool floaties and track suits to a $2,745 avocado-scale diamond-encrusted tiara, and human-sized avocado-print leather backpacks and laptop bags, among other items. Unfortunately, the avocado merchandise can’t be purchased directly. Avocado fans can earn a chance at one of the prizes by sharing the news on Twitter.
