At its annual National Sales Meeting in April, held at the Paradise Pointe Resort in San Diego, California, Newton, Iowa, distributor Vernon (PPAI 109323) named Denise Brune of BIC Graphic NA as supplier account manager of the year, and Stacy Lynch, who represents Hub Promotional Group, as customer service rep of the year.

The Supplier Account Manager of the Year award honors a supplier rep for outstanding service and dedication to Vernon, and continually going above and beyond to provide Vernon and its account executives with the kind of service that helps to make everyone else’s jobs a little easier. The company began honoring individual supplier representatives for outstanding service and dedication to Vernon and its account executives in 2014.

Brune received “Outstanding” votes from Vernon account executives for being accessible, responsive, proactive and focused on overall service and partnership. One Vernon account executive says, “Denise is quick to respond to my emails and help get my requests underway. She has provided me many virtuals and sales flyers, as well as PSAs for my brainstorm projects. No hesitation—Denise should be Account Manager of the Year.”

The Supplier Customer Service Rep of the Year recognizes the people who are on the inside at the company’s supplier partners—making things run smoothly day in and day out, and those who are responsive and working the front lines when problem resolution is needed.

The Customer Service Rep of the Year award is selected by surveying Vernon account executives and internal staff. This year’s winner was rated “outstanding” in every category—service, accessibility, responsiveness and resolution. A Vernon account executive says, “Stacy is amazing. She is great at follow-up and making sure our customers get what they need—and any support we need. Every rep should be as easy to work with as she is. She is quick, accurate, kind and knowledgeable. Stacy is an outstanding example of an amazing partner.”
