UL’s Robert Pollock To Speak At The 2016 PPAI Product Responsibility Summit

Product responsibility guidelines are always changing and the industry must be able to quickly adapt to an evolving marketplace. The 2016 PPAI Product Responsibility Summit, to be held September 18-20 in National Harbor, Maryland, brings together the experts and expertise to highlight the importance of product responsibility in today’s economy and how it can differentiate businesses from their competition and keep them on the right side of the law.

Robert Pollaock, UL’s director of market surveillance, is joining the Summit’s distinguished speaker lineup to discuss best practices in setting up compliance programs that can stand up to scrutiny. Pollock has worked for UL for over 38 years and has held his current position since 2001. In the role, he is responsible for developing and directing UL’s global market surveillance policies and programs.

The 2016 PPAI Product Responsibility Summit includes two days of education featuring distinguished speakers, industry thought leaders and representatives from product safety labs and product certification groups.
