The PPAI Expo was recognized as the 56th top-ranking U.S. trade show on Trade Show Executive magazine’s list of the 2018 Gold 100 at the annual awards and summit held last month. The PPAI Expo has been ranked in the top tier of the Gold 100 since the ranker’s inception in 2007.

“We are thrilled to once again be ranked among Trade Show Executive’s Gold 100,” says PPAI Director of Expositions Darel Cook. “The PPAI Expo’s consistent ranking is indicative of its tremendous appeal as the promotional products industry’s big top show and is a testament to the entire PPAI team, its loyal exhibitors, attendees and partner collaborations that continue to support the show’s growth and innovation.”

The Gold 100 shows of 2018 occupied a combined total of 46,150,296 net square feet of space with more than 125,000 companies exhibiting and 3.8 million people in attendance for a total economic impact of approximately $50 million dollars for a city or region.

“We are very proud to have been included by Trade Show Executive on this distinguished list since its inception in 2007,” says PPAI President and CEO Paul Bellantone, CAE. “It recognizes the success we’ve achieved by continuously innovating and evolving to meet the needs of the promotional products industry. It also signifies to the market that we have a truly unique and unmatched event that delivers value for our exhibitors and attendees alike.”

The PPAI Expo, the world’s largest and longest-running promotional products industry trade show, hosted more than 13,000 promotional consultants in 2019 from nearly 4,000 distributor companies and 30 countries. The PPAI Expo 2019 attendance was among the top five for PPAI and the highest in the past 10 years, with attendee satisfaction at an all-time high. Promotional consultants visited more than 1,220 exhibitors occupying one million square feet of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. In addition, more than 21,000 attendees participated in more than 130 education sessions and networking events.

Next year, the show runs from January 12-16, 2020, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. For more information about The PPAI Expo, visit www.expo.ppai.org.
