Members who belong to one of seven of the industry’s regional associations now have instant access to discount coupons when browsing supplier websites.

The associations—Arizona Promotional Products Association (AzPPA), the Chesapeake Promotional Products Association (CPPA), the Houston Promotional Products Association (HPPA), the Michigan Promotional Products Association (MiPPA), the Promotional Products Association Midwest (PPAM), the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY) and the Sunbelt Promotional Products Association (SPPA)—have partnered with business services company PromoHunt, Inc. (PPAI 720961) to offer the company’s free browser extension to their members.

Once installed, the regional association member will see a special coupon icon on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen when visiting participating suppliers’ websites. Coupon details can then be accessed with a single click. PromoHunt’s toolbar also displays other helpful supplier information including phone number, email addresses and negotiated pricing for certain buying groups and distributor companies.

“In the past, coupons from regional associations were one of the most underutilized member benefits—they were out of sight and out of mind,” says PromoHunt’s founder, Tony Wavering. “I have met several suppliers who told me their 2018 coupons were never redeemed. Through our partnership, association members will never miss an opportunity to save again. Better coupon utilization should quickly add up to hundreds of dollars and easily cover the regional membership cost.”

PromoHunt is free for distributors, suppliers and regional associations. Premium features will soon be available for a small fee.
