The Spring edition of IPSA, Russia’s largest promotional products show, was held at the Crocus Expo in Moscow on March 15-17. The event drew 100 companies, up from 95 in 2015, including 48 first-time exhibitors, and international exhibitors from India, China, the U.S. and Sweden. The 29th annual Spring IPSA show was organized by Reed Exhibitions and supported by Europe’s Promotional Products Service Institute.

Reed Exhibitions reports that 3,749 visitors attended the IPSA over the three days, up from 2,960 last year, an almost 27-percent increase. Of the attendees, 25 percent were end buyers, 31 percent worked at advertising agencies and distributors, and eight percent were retailers or representatives of chain stores. Most were local to the show, with 83 percent from Moscow or the surrounding area.

The IPSA show also featured a lecture and conference program that explored the effectiveness of promotional products and seasonal trends. Speakers were drawn from a number of industry companies, including AlterEgo, Bright Concept, Faber-Castell Anadolu, Megamind.ru, Projekt 111 and Senator.

IPSA returns to the Crocus Expo with its Fall Show, September 6-8.
