PPAI affinity partner Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. has rebranded its Global Solutions segment to Ascent Global Logistics. The company provides professional domestic freight management, international freight forwarding and retail consolidation. It will remain a Roadrunner entity, operating independently as a separate brand.

“We are extremely excited to announce the rebrand of Roadrunner Global Solutions to Ascent Global Logistics,” says William Goodgion, president of Ascent Global Logistics. “We have this group of amazing companies with an exceptionally talented leadership team, committed employees and powerful suite of solutions. The rebranding is an important step in our evolution and will be a key driver in improving the integration and execution of those solutions, while making it easier for clients to engage us. This change supports the independence of Ascent Global Logistics and helps bring clarity to our portfolio. Our vision is to be a full service global logistics company focused on providing clients with personalized and professional solutions, powerful transportation technology and continuous logistics education."

Ascent Global Logistics will continue to offer professional logistics management, technology tools and custom-built logistics solutions to help clients’ supply chains and logistics programs. For PPAI members utilizing Roadrunner’s Group Transportation Services, they can now utilize Ascent Global Logistics for comprehensive international freight forwarding and retail consolidation solutions. The change provides PPAI members with additional logistical resources to help you manage your inbound and outbound supply chains.
