Newmarket, N.H.-based PromoCentric (PPAI 332985, D3) on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Northeast Creations, another New Hampshire distributor, based in North Hampton.

The companies’ relationship began when Northeast Creations had the need for an additional decorating and fulfillment resource as the pandemic had taken a toll on staffing, production times and an interruption to supply chains. PromoCentric was able to provide Northeast Creations with a solution for its production challenges, and the partnership was further cultivated over the last year. Northeast Creations officially joined PromoCentric on Jan. 24.

“This acquisition, while bringing together over 150 years of industry experience, not only accelerates our growth strategy, but goes hand in hand with our goal to continue to bring elevated branding services to the forefront while providing high quality, product solutions and customer experiences,” Justin Gray, CEO of PromoCentric, said in a statement.

PromoCentric was founded in 2000. It now has on-site decoration capabilities, and a full-service fulfillment and kitting center. Northeast Creations began in 1984 and has worked with some of the largest corporations in New England.

“When two companies like ours complement each other so well, they immediately add value for all of us,” said Beth Gaffey, former CEO of Northeast Creations.
