PromoCares, a volunteer-driven group of industry members dedicated to corporate social and environmental responsibility, has introduced its Sleep In 4 Good event planned for November 8, 2021, the day after Daylight Savings Time (DST) ends, to raise awareness around the stigma of mental health and its connection to sleep deprivation.

The Sleep In 4 Good event will raise funds for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) by enlisting individuals and companies to donate to NAMI in exchange for getting and giving approved time off to sleep in, rest, relax and recharge. NAMI will serve as the charitable partner because they are on the frontlines of providing advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that anyone affected by mental illness can build a better life, says a news release.

Commitment levels and time off are associated with donations directly to NAMI and branded sleep masks will be provided. Get involved here.
