Proforma’s (PPAI 196835, D13) Owner Advisory Council (OAC)—member-owners elected each year to represent their geographical regions—recently held its annual planning meeting with Proforma’s top executive team members. Historically attended in person, most council members chose to attend this year’s meeting via Zoom due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

This years’ committee members gathered to evaluate new innovative strategies for connecting with prospects and customers in a largely virtual environment.

During this meeting, Proforma’s OAC established work groups to help facilitate upcoming projects in marketing, business development and strategic supplier partner development areas. Each work group will work toward a common goal to provide Proforma owners with the valuable strategies and supporting resources to help drive sales and create new opportunities for business growth as the organization continues to successfully pivot amidst the changing environment.
