In conjunction with Customer Service Week—an international celebration of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers and typically held during the first full week of October—supplier Prime Resources Corp. (UPIC: PRIME) celebrated its customer care teams in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and at its Jetline (UPIC: jetline) facility in Gaffney, South Carolina, with daily events including team-building activities, games, giveaways and food.

Margaret Lanese, Prime’s senior manager of customer service, opened the festivities by reading aloud the customer service pledge and acknowledging their quest to provide the ultimate customer experience.

“I would like to thank our customer service teams for helping us build a great reputation with distributors. I’m proud of how you work tirelessly on behalf of our customers to deliver superior service, which is the backbone of our company,” says Jeff Lederer, CEO of Prime Line. “Not only are we celebrating our customer service teams in Bridgeport and Gaffney and our company-wide commitment to customer service excellence, we’d also like to recognize our dedicated distributor and vendor partners who also strive to provide outstanding service.”
