The Promotional Products Education Foundation is now taking scholarship applications for the 2021-2022 school year with $278,750 in scholarships available.

PPEF is an industry-based nonprofit organization that raises money to help students achieve their higher education goals. PPEF was founded to recognize and encourage scholastic ability and academic performance among promotional products industry employees and their children. Since its inception in 1989, PPEF has awarded more than $2.4 million in financial assistance.

Funded by PPAI and donations from the promotional products industry, the scholarship program enables students and professionals to continue their education on a collegiate level. The Association and industry patrons have a long-standing commitment of service to the promotional products industry and this fund supports those who demonstrate the same commitment.

“PPEF awarded 160 scholarships in 2020,” says Sara Besly, PPEF’s executive director. “In setting the 2021 budget, the PPEF Board of Trustees wanted to keep the same level of commitment to the industry and its families. We’re expecting 2021 to be a tough fundraising environment, but PPEF will award 160 scholarships, valued at $278,750, for the 2021-2022 school year.”

The 2021-2022 scholarship application period is now open, and the submission deadline is Monday, March 15.
