PPAI’s mission is to provide essential knowledge, resources and community to support its members and the industry. As part of that mission, the Association is conducting a survey to assess its portfolio of products, programs and services to ensure ongoing value to members and professionals. Capturing the perceptions, challenges and needs of current members will help PPAI refine its member benefits and continue to serve their needs and the needs of the industry.

The PPAI Programs Survey was sent to Association members by the consulting firm McKinley Advisors, the Association’s research partner on this project. Members’ insights are a critical part of this survey, and PPAI looks forward to their candid thoughts.
