PPAI Diversity Development and Engagement Manager Seth Barnett spoke to an audience of professionals both within and outside the advertising industry on Millennial engagement at the AAF-SC's professional development event.

PPAI Diversity Development and Engagement Manager Seth Barnett joined the American Advertising Federation-Space Coast (AAF-SC) in Melbourne, Florida, last month to speak at the organization’s professional development session. Speaking on the latest findings and best practices on engaging Millennials, Barnett’s audience included leaders from inside and outside the advertising industry.

Barnett’s AAF-SC presentation focused on the shifts in the workforce and the workplace culture the Millennial generation has brought with them, and how to connect with and engage with this segment of the market.

At 53.5 million, Millennials are now the largest generation in the U.S. workforce. In his session, “Millennials: Attract, Engage, Retain,” Barnett shared insights and best practices from industry leaders on how they’ve brought Millennials into their organizations, and how Millennials have affected their companies.
