Mark E. Nackman, longtime owner and president of supplier Admatch Corporation (PPAI 113338), has announced his retirement and the appointment of Phil Sharkey as CEO and Alex Nackman as president. Sharkey has been with the company since 2013 as director of sales and marketing, and has about 20 years of experience in the promotional products industry. Nackman’s son, Alex, has been with the company for eight years, and had been manager of customer service. The pair are now co-owners of the New Rochelle, New York-based supplier.

“Though it’s sad to see my dad leave the company, I couldn’t be prouder of him for all that he’s accomplished during his tenure,” says the younger Nackman. “He deserves to now focus on himself and post-work life. Phil and I are extremely excited about the opportunities and possibilities we have at Admatch as we strive for further growth, innovation and constantly improving service to our customers.”

In an exclusive interview with PPB Newslink, Nackman added that the change in ownership has been heading in this direction for a little while, as he’s been gradually taking on more responsibility. Under the new leadership, the company is expected to place more focus on quick-ship products to meet the growing trend toward faster delivery.

“We are excited to bring Admatch into the future, do a little innovation and perhaps add some new products,” says Sharkey.

Admatch, a custom branding and paper products company, was founded in 1969 by Arthur Nackman and has nationwide distribution in all 50 U.S. states as well as much of Canada and parts of Europe.
