As first reported Wednesday in a PPB Newslink Breaking News alert, Mike Brugger has been named president of distributor Fully Promoted (PPAI 240143). He replaces the former president, Joe Loch.

Brugger joined Fully Promoted's parent company United Franchise Group in 1994, where he held supervisory roles in several departments, and opened and managed the first EmbroidMe store in West Palm Beach, Florida. EmbroidMe rebranded as Fully Promoted in 2017 to reflect growing product lines and services. Brugger has since managed the marketing, technology and training departments, and most recently served as vice president of operations emerging brands.

"We believe Mike is the right person to guide us into the future, and his expertise will help the brand and franchise owners grow profitably," said Ray Titus, chief executive officer of United Franchise Group, in a news release. "He provides the needed insight for Fully Promoted to reach its full potential and become a very prosperous UFG brand."

Titus noted that Brugger has already begun several initiatives at Fully Promoted, ranging from taking measures to improve vendor terms for franchisees to utilizing the resources of the technology support team to enhance online presence.

"I look forward to helping Fully Promoted grow and become the brand it was meant to be," said Brugger in the release. "Fully Promoted is going to be an amazing brand that offers solutions and ideas to help both small- and medium-sized businesses grow. We have a new direction and a new vision and I'm very happy to be part of that plan."

Looking ahead, Brugger says his goal is to finish the year strongly and reconnect with not only the brand's long-term franchise partners, but also develop new, strong relationships with franchisees that have opened stores in recent years.
