MANA To Share Best Practices At Harvard Business School And Manufacturer Seminar
Charles Cohon, CPMR, CEO of Manufacturers' Agents National Association (MANA), is speaking at the Harvard Business School’s Spangler Center on October 29 about “Outsourcing Selling.” The university has also invited the business community to join the event, and manufacturers, reps and students from other schools are welcome to attend. Reservations for the 90-minute event are complimentary, but seating is limited. Click here to reserve a spot.
MANA is also hosting a manufacturer seminar on October 15-16 to share best practices and tactics with manufacturers on effectively partnering with manufacturers’ reps.
“Manufacturers know that successful rep relationships can make a huge improvement in their bottom line,” says Cohon. “But the successful launch and management of manufacturer/rep relationships require insights and tools that are not always intuitive and obvious, so manufacturers turn to MANA to help them understand how to find and work with great reps.”
The two-day event will explore sales and marketing tactics; how to leverage synergistic products; tips on selecting, recruiting and hiring reps; partnerships and expectations; motivating representatives and more.
