The run of distributor acquisitions in the promotional products industry shows no signs of slowing down, as Stamford, Connecticut-based Lapine Associates (PPAI 101116, D6) announced that it has been acquired by adm Group, a global company operating in 33 countries focused on sustainable supply chain solutions.

  • Also acquired was Lapine’s sister company, Miami-based Effectus, an advisory and transformation execution consultancy.
  • Lapine and Effectus project combined revenue of roughly $130 million in 2022.
