Supplier EMT (PPAI 110810), headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, has announced that its PROMO AF campaign has raised $1,400 for The National Kidney Foundation. Funds were raised through the sale of product boxes containing PROMO AF hats, patches and Phone Loops, along with a matching donation from EMT.

“We are overjoyed that we were able to harness the power of promo to raise awareness and funds for this great organization,” says EMT President Phil Saks. “It’s a testament to the generosity of our industry and demonstrates another way promotional products work.”

Initially launched prior to The PPAI Expo, the PROMO AF campaign proved popular on industry social media, and in response to overwhelming demand, EMT created the product boxes to tap enthusiasm for a good cause.

“I think the reason PROMO AF resonated so well is because it celebrates the hustle of our entire industry,” says EMT Director of Business Development Brian Stidham. “Distributors, suppliers, decorators—we all work tirelessly every day to deliver results for our customers. PROMO AF is recognition of that.”

The National Kidney Foundation is the leading organization in the U.S. dedicated to the awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease. The company’s founder, Steven Weinstein, passed away from kidney-related illness in 2017. The donation was made on May 15, 2019, in his honor.
