Health Canada is hosting the fifth North America Consumer Product Safety Summit on September 22-23. In this virtual event, North American consumer product safety regulators—Health Canada's Consumer Product Safety Program (CPSP), Mexico's Consumer Protection Federal Agency (PROFECO) and the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)—will come together to develop a shared agenda for bilateral and trilateral work going forward.

The summit is also an opportunity for stakeholders to listen in and ask questions about some of the latest trends in consumer product safety, such as ecommerce and COVID-19, the safety of seniors, the Internet of Things and safety by design.
