Salina, Kansas-based distributor Consolidated Printing (CP), which includes Express Print & Signs, has aligned with The Vernon Company (PPAI 109323). Consolidated Printing and Express Print will continue to maintain their corporate identities while representing The Vernon Company.

“I was initially attracted to Vernon because of the breadth of their marketing services and technology tools, says Don Vandegrift, owner and president of Consolidated Printing. “I am confident that their proactive prospecting and customer marketing can quickly ramp up our sales. In addition, after visiting their offices, I realized that the level of administrative support Vernon provides will help streamline our processes and we will be able to utilize their services to make us better.”

Consolidated Printing began as a local print shop in 1916. Today the CP group consists of 10 outside salespeople as well as a team of administrative support staff. In addition to selling promotional products to companies in the Great Plains states, CP also serves as a commercial printer for large and small businesses.

Dave Regan, vice president of sales and marketing for Newton, Iowa-based Vernon, adds, “We see some great synergies between our two companies beginning with the family ownership history. Add to this Vernon’s strong Midwest business ethic combined with all our technology and marketing tools, and we have a winning combination to really help Consolidated Printing grow their business. The sky is the limit for this new relationship.”
