Featuring a new format intended to allow deeper connections and community building, the event concentrated suppliers and distributors in peer-led breakout groups with topics on human resources, the supply chain, and sales and marketing.

Sessions included “The Future of the Industry” with Dale Denham, MAS+, of PPAI, Dan Pantano of alphabroder, Kris Sorokwasz of ABGI and Quianne Perrin Savoy of Moore and Moore Merch. Denham shared a glimpse into his vision for the industry’s future on topics such as the end-buyer and technology.

Jeremy Lott of SanMar, CJ Schmidt of Hit Promotional Products, Chris Anderson of Hub Promotional Group and Catherine Graham of commonsku spoke on “Our Supply Chain’s Future,” providing a look at the impact the supply chain has had on the industry.

In “Marketing is the New Sales,” Sarah Whitaker of Williams Advertising, Sean Mooney of Showpony, Alex Wier of Wier/Stewart and John Vo of Whoopla discussed how marketing has taken a new priority in the age of digital selling. And Claudia St. John of Affinity HR Group delivered a presentation, “Building an Inspired Team – The Post-Covid Edition.”
