Supplier Top Brands (PPAI 113144, S2) has been acquired by Kansas City, Missouri, investment firm Bretton Woods Group, Inc. Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based Top Brands will team up with Computer Incentives, LLC—another supplier in Bretton Woods’ portfolio of companies—to offer a wide variety of products to the premium incentive and corporate gifting channel.

Along with the acquisition, Bretton Woods has announced that Charlene Gibbens is being promoted to president of Top Brands, while Pam Slavonic will become senior vice president of sales and Gary Slavonic, MAS, CPIM, will become senior vice president of business development. Top Brands will continue to operate out of its Oshkosh facility.

“I have worked with Pam and Gary Slavonic for over 20 years; their knowledge of the industry is as strong as anyone I know,” says Bruce Enright, CEO of Bretton Woods. “We are very bullish on the premium incentive/corporate gifting channel despite supply chain challenges experienced by all. With the combination of Computer Incentives, LLC and Top Brands, Inc., we collectively should be incredibly well-positioned to serve this exciting market space.”

Pam Slavonic adds, “Not only do Bruce and Charlene know us well, but they also share our passion and vision to deliver excellence to our customers. This, along with the ability to utilize the technology platforms that Computer Incentives has in place, will enable Top Brands to provide an even higher level of service to our customers which will in turn drive more sales.”
