Boost Engagement’s Health Programs Recognized By Dayton Business Journal

Boost Engagement, the Dayton, Ohio-based parent company of distributor Shumsky (PPAI 108541, D10), Boost Rewards and Outta The Box brands, has been named one of 2020’s Healthiest Employers by the Dayton Business Journal. Now in its 10th year, the recognition seeks out area companies that have created environments where employee health is a priority.

Boost Engagement has 52 employees in the Dayton area. Wellness benefits it provides include a flu shot incentive, preventative wellness visits, physical activity incentive, a Boost Engagement rewards program, company 401(k) match, financial education sessions, an employee assistance program, yoga and meditation, and social events. It also participates in health events put on by organizations including the American Heart Association and Miami Valley Alzheimer's Association.

"We have seen firsthand when our organization is healthy, they are happier and ultimately more engaged.
