Congratulations to a man and his family who have always acted with class and courtesy in all of their business decisions. The industry is better for having people like the Bywaters in it. Doubt that they or their organization ever took a lesson in business ethics... they could write the book!

Bill and Linda Bywater befriended me at an Association show in Chicago in the early 1970's, when I knew almost no one in the industry. They were kind in their efforts to introduce me to many people. Bill and Linda have remained helpful friends over these many years. They are such a great credit to their community, their family, and our industry. Congratulations to Bill on fifty-five years on the job.
