American Solutions for Business (PPAI 101656, D12) held its annual sales summit on August 22-25 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. More than 85 of the Glenwood-headquartered distributor’s top salespeople and guests were invited to the three-day event, where they attended optional golf and charity events as well as individual suite-style meetings with 30 participating vendors to learn about each product line and offering.

ASB hosted a nightly social event at different locations around the city, including a brewery, Twins baseball game and adult arcade. These provided a fun, laidback atmosphere where sales associates, vendors and home office team members could network and continue conversations from earlier in the day.

“This was hands-down one of our best events yet,” says Dana Zezzo, ASB’s vice president of marketing, vendor relations and events. “Our teams worked incredibly hard to create a seamless event that was educational, valuable, memorable and fun. It’s our mission to create opportunities that inspire creativity and grow sales—I feel confident that we accomplished that.”

Mark Gammon, with attending supplier Cap America, adds, “It was an awesome experience to get to know our ASB partners better. Cap America has been working diligently to increase awareness of our contract embroidery skills and there was a very positive reaction to that within this group, which is very exciting for us. Overall, ASB is a wonderful group of individuals and a true pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to future successes together.”
