Distributor AIM Smarter (PPAI 230461, D12), based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, recently held its capstone virtual AIM strategic planning and professional development event, the AIM Q4 Comeback Event. Industry experts, marketing strategists, supplier partners, members and affiliates were brought together to discuss rebounding sales, fourth-quarter success and product trends to look for in 2021. Including its recent Virtual XP sales conference, AIM has held adaptive learning and networking events in a summer‐long series that gave the AIM community access to unique messages, thoughtful conversations and strategic guidance.

The Comeback Event, which focused on positivity and business comeback strategy in the fourth quarter and beyond, featured a special Town Hall with AIM CEO Nikki Stella, ASI President and CEO Tim Andrews and PPAI President and CEO Paul Bellantone, CAE; a sales guide with TopSecrets.com’s David Blaise; an AIM distributor panel featuring five top distributor members and affiliates moderated by AIM President Jamie Coggeshall and a VIP supplier panel covering product trends, with David Grobisen, vice president of sales, and Shoo Passey, director of global product design and development for PCNA; Suzanne Simpson, account manager, and Pam Stauffer, director of design for Gemline; and Alex Ferraro, channel marketing manager for key accounts at BIC Graphic. In total, the event series welcomed and engaged with 1,148 members and affiliates.

“Throughout the pandemic, we have been steadfast in our commitment to support the AIM community,” says Stella. “Equally important was ensuring opportunities to connect and collaborate with each other and our supplier partners. The AIM Q4 Comeback Event was designed to energize, inform and deliver innovative ideas and new tools to survive and ultimately thrive as we enter the final quarter of this unprecedented year and prepare for 2021. We are looking forward to an even more robust event series in 2021.”
