Distributor 4imprint (UPIC: 4imprint) has earned a spot on Great Place to Work’s Best Medium Workplaces list for the ninth consecutive year. More than 95 percent of the Oshkosh, Wisconsin, company’s staff gave a great rating to its atmosphere, work, communication and rewards. 4imprint ranks 46 of 100 on the 2016 list, published on the Fortune website.

“This honor wouldn’t be possible without our entire team. I am humbled to work with a group so committed to building a culture that works,” says Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO of 4imprint. “We love the fact people feel like they can be themselves here, as they interact with customers and each other. That enthusiasm is contagious.”

To develop the rankings, Great Place to Work and Fortune asked more than 52,000 employees from hundreds of companies to rate their levels of trust, pride and camaraderie at work. At companies that make the list, team members say they work at a great place and the positive experience is the same no matter the person or their work role.

Kim Peters, executive vice president at Great Place to Work, adds, “There’s a generosity of spirit that infuses the Best Small and Medium workplaces—one that has a measurable return. Whether it’s funding employee ‘passion projects’ or giving surprise gifts to customers, the best workplaces give it away. And they get it back in the form of inspired people who innovate harder and generate higher revenue.”
