Distributor 4imprint, Inc. (UPIC: 4imprint) has been named one of the 10 Best Workplaces in advertising and marketing by Great Place to Work® and Fortune. This is 4imprint’s second year on that list, which was published on the Fortune website August 22.

The Great Place to Work Institute is a global research and management consultancy with expertise on workplace transformation and a mission to improve society by creating better workplaces. To build the list, Great Place to Work reviews anonymous Trust Index survey responses from Great Place to Work-certified companies in advertising and marketing. The survey asks employees to rate how often they encounter the trust-building behaviors that create great workplaces, such as management’s honesty and ethics, team camaraderie, clear expectations, and fair and respectful treatment.

The 2016 Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing list is based on feedback from more than 4,000 employees at Great Place to Work-certified companies. At 4imprint, 484 employees completed the surveys, with 94 percent of associates rating the company as a great workplace.
