Superior customer service is alive and thriving in the promotional products industry, as demonstrated by the 14 dedicated industry professionals who have been selected as the 2018 PPB Service Superheroes. In this year’s competition, 45 exceptional individuals were nominated by their clients, coworkers, vendors and bosses for their ability to routinely go above and beyond expectations. PPB has been recognizing Service Superheroes since 2011.

“A common theme in many of this year’s nominations was a commitment to do whatever it takes to solve problems, correct mistakes and make the customer—both internal and external—truly happy with the results,” says PPB Editor Tina Berres Filipski. “The other interesting thing among this year’s honorees is that they come from various departments, including inside sales and finance and operations, reinforcing the belief that good service is everybody’s job.”
