“We have taken some small actions, but it has been our existing strong company culture that has helped us push through the last year. Over half of our employees were already remote before the pandemic.  That part didn’t affect us as much as the not knowing what to expect next. We had monthly sales meetings before, but they were not really organized or planned well. We turned them into biweekly virtual sales meeting with more management involved. This really opened communication even more. The group talked about what they were seeing from their customers. Management was able to share what they were seeing and how the business side was going. Communication and the sharing of information has always been a strength of ours, but it has now gone to a different level.”
