The Promotional Product Professionals of Canada (PPPC) presented the member-voted awards for distributors, suppliers and MLRs at TOPS+ Virtual earlier this year. The Product Awards are currently being judged and will be presented at our virtual Holiday Showcase on October 7. Next up are the Humanitarian Award, the Momentum Award and the Hall of Fame Award.

These awards were designed to recognize the individual heroes and innovators of our industry. Nominate the best of the best today. All three awards are currently accepting nominations. Please visit pppc.awardsplatform.com to learn more about each award and to get your nomination started. The nomination deadline is June 30, 2021.

This prestigious award is given to a distinguished and established PPPC member individual. Nominees are judged on their contributions to the promotional products industry in Canada and in their respective communities.

The winner of the Hall of Fame Award is chosen by considering the person’s:

  • Association involvement
  • Personal and community involvement and achievements
  • Company affiliations
  • Other contributing factors

  • Nominees must have been a PPPC member for at least 15 years
  • Current members of the PPPC Board of Directors are not eligible, and former members must have been off the board for at least four years before being nominated
  • The nominator must not be employed by the same company or affiliate as the candidate; there must be a period of four calendar years since the two were with the same company or affiliate

The PPPC Hall of Fame is filled with prestigious members, all of whom have dedicated their professional lives to the betterment of the promotional products community. View all PPPC Hall of Fame inductees at pppc.ca/hof.

This honor is presented to one PPPC member individual who consistently demonstrates the spirit of humanity through volunteer work, advocacy, leadership and philanthropy in their community or around the world. This award celebrates the spirit of giving and allows us to show appreciation for those who care deeply about their community and line of work.

Along with other achievements, a Humanitarian nominee should demonstrate the spirit of humanity in their community through charitable and/or philanthropic involvement. Humanitarian acts must have benefited people or groups outside of the nominee’s own company.

  • The nominee must be employed by a member company of PPPC
  • Current members of the PPPC Board of Directors are not eligible
  • Candidates may be nominated by someone within the same company; however, seconders must be from outside of the nominee’s company

PPPC’s Momentum Award was established to recognize the industry’s dynamic innovators who are continuously challenging and improving conventional methods. The award is presented to driven and creative leaders who pave the way for promotional product professionals and lead the industry into the future. PPPC is looking to celebrate these unique, passionate individuals and award them with a Momentum Award.

Nominees for the Momentum Award are judged on these four criteria:

  • Leadership
  • Creativity
  • Achievements
  • Personal qualities

  • The nominee must be employed by a member company of PPPC
