“I could quickly list many perks, benefits and outings that our employees can access. However, I think those are additions and not the main ingredient to a great culture. We set expectations for our employees that align with our goals and processes. Once everyone understands those key initiatives, it is easy to execute. We manage each person as an individual and not as a group. Everyone has specific ways they like to communicate or learn, and it’s important to understand those things. It also allows us to put people in roles that challenge them but that are also fulfilling. When those are in place, people are productive, happy and enjoy coming to work. We will always ask our employees to work hard, but we are going to learn from each other and have a lot of fun while doing it!”
