“The Chest has always tried to engage our employees and show our appreciation in the form of company lunches and special event dates. With everyone working 10-hour days during our COVID rush on puzzles and packaging, we tried to step it up and recognize the extra effort that everyone was putting in. On Saturdays, we provided breakfast. We had done t-shirts for special events and appreciation. Our gift is our employees and we know how lucky we are to have such a wonderful team in place. Our goal is to let them know how much we appreciate them.”
