“Our focus over the last year was on safety, communication and demonstrating appreciation. We communicated often, were visible around the facility and on Zoom, and made sure we reached out to our associates. We, of course, showed our appreciation with promotional products, discretionary bonuses, as well as Zoom lunches and moments set aside to share achievements. We also talked about our engagement with our community and our efforts to help others in their time of need.”
