“Most importantly, we kept them safe. We provided PPE for the warehouse staff coming in every day and continued pay if they had to quarantine. We secured vaccinations at a local clinic for employees, such that 83 percent of staff are fully vaxxed. We had a parking lot happy hour last summer and had our first everyone-together summer BBQ last week. We sent gifts to employees’ homes and did some Zoom happy hours and scavenger hunts, along with a Fill It Forward daily water drinking challenge.”
