We really challenged people over the last year, which is a big part of our culture. We asked them what type of person they were striving to be in this world. We challenged them to define their own values and develop a vision for what it would look like for them to become leaders in every facet of their life. We tried to connect with the spirit that animated each individual and challenged them to take action that would be in alignment with their own values. By engaging the individual on an individual level, I think we did something really special. We helped people feel more connected to a sense of purpose and engaged with a place that was pushing them to embrace the opportunity being thrust upon them.”
